If every one of the "potential" noncitizens voted in the 2024 election, that would be 0.008% of votes in Georgia — less than one hundreth of a percent. Of course, the actual number is smaller, as this is since 1996 and some of the "potential" noncitizens were probably citizens.

Georgia state elections officials just finished a full review of their voter rolls. Out of 7.9 million voter registrations, there were 432 'potential noncitizens who have voted at some point since 1996.'
