Last year, the @USDOT issued a report identifying just 17 fatal truck crashes TOTAL linked to non-domiciled CDLs, out of more than 5,000 fatal truck crashes a year. So think for a moment why @DHSGov is spending so much time hyping up an issue involving less than 0.5% of crashes.
