On this, I don’t care what anyone else thinks. The Afghanistan withdrawal debacle was one of the worst things I’ve ever witnessed. I lost friends in Afghanistan. We lost over 2,450 service-members in Afghanistan. When Biden pulled the plug, we had 3,000 service-members in country with no losses over a year and half. We controlled approximately 75% of country. AirPower was doing the job. When Biden pulled our drones and maintainers who kept the Afghan AF flying, the Afghan govt collapsed. The Chairman of the JCS and the Central Command Commander disagreed with Biden and were overruled. This was the beginning of the end of the Biden Administration. I’ll never forget it. I hated what happened and always will.
