This Afghan man brought his family to the country and already has a 4-bedroom apartment. The family took in €80,000 from taxpayers over the course of two years. While they get to enjoy time alone with their children, millions of Germans are struggling to get by working full-time. A new government report indicates that migrants cost the German state well over €40 billion in 2025 for housing, welfare, and integration courses.
