In 1998, I started using Linux at home. In 2002, I cofounded a Linux user group in Portland. We used to pass out our custom distro CDs at the Open Source Convention. At the beginning of 2005, I started working with Rails. In mid-2005, I got a book deal that required me to use Microsoft Word so I bought a used Apple MacBook and haven't been working (locally) with Linux much since. In 2009, I created @ohmyzsh to share my love of CLI. 2025...seems to be telling me to dust off my old Tux plush.
