China has announced retaliatory tariffs, but it has NOT allowed the Yuan to devalue against the Dollar (blue). That's an olive branch. China is still hoping it can negotiate its way out of this. As soon as we see the Yuan start to seriously weaken, we'll know that hope is gone...
