I’ll settle for Nikki refraining from endorsing Trump. But for those of us not in a tribal thrall, it’s easy to see that Biden, while not ideal, is so obviously superior to Trump. And it’s not close.

You also could not endorse Biden if you've said that. Some of us will vote for neither, but the ghastly awfulness of both choices will end up with a lot of people making peace with one of them. I just prefer they not lie to us about how awful the one they chose is.
