President-Elect Donald J. Trump has selected the Governor of South Dakota, Kristi Noem as his Secretary of Homeland Security. Noem, who was previously on Trump’s “Short List” for Vice-President, has said she supports Constitutional Carry as well as a Strong Southern Border.
