It's not a hard truth. She's lying. This opinion would protect an atheist, for example, from being forced by a Christian to make a cake that says, "God exists and Jesus is Lord." So it isn't anything like a sign that reads, "Some services may be denied to same-sex couples." It's more like a sign that reads, "This business owner is protected by the First Amendment. He cannot be compelled to say things he doesn't believe."
