The suspect is Patrick Havas, 38, who is the brother of Andrew Havas, a statehouse lobbyist who gave $10,102 to Vivek Ramaswamy and resigned from Jon Husted’s campaign after it was discovered that he pled guilty to sexual misconduct with a 15-year-old.
