There are several major pieces moving at once: CIA Director John Ratcliffe makes a rare, unannounced visit to Moscow; Fedorov takes his election push into the international media; Britain is advancing long-range missile production for Ukraine; and Patriot discussions are intensifying. Individually, they may be unrelated. But taken together, this is a very interesting moment. Something is moving behind the scenes. And I’d be watching Washington, Moscow and Kyiv extremely closely over the next few weeks.
