We know how, when and where they will killed. They were in a tunnel in an IDF-Israel declared humanitarian zone. Then Israel bombed the living hell out of the humanitarian zone and killed the hostages. Israel has already admitted this is what happened. The hostages died from carbon monoxide gas that filled the tunnel after ISRAEL BOMBED AN IDF-ISRAEL DECLARED AND DESIGNATED HUMANITARIAN ZONE. That is what happens when you try to kill as many Palestinian civilians as possible by declaring safe zones so the civilians congregate there and then you bomb those same safe zones. Israel killed the hostages.
