Marciano was abducted during the Oct. 7 Massacre and was killed in the Shifa Hospital in Gaza City. 🔴 Ayman Khaled Ahmed Abu Allahyani, a Nukhba terrorist, took part in the attack on the Erez Humanitarian Crossing on Oct. 7.
