Yesterday, the House passed H.R. 23, the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act...! This bill imposes sanctions on the ICC for targeting the Americans & our allies, and reaffirms our commitment to our ally Israel. I'm glad to see bipartisan support for this important legislation.
