Now that is a great question. Because Israel from October 8th has tried to move civilians out of harms way. A constant balance of military necessity and humanitarian imperatives or balancing in the value of surprise against the legitimate enemy targets. So acknowledge Israel's steps to avoid civilian harm and then know that Israel has ways to identify/follow/target the Hamas combatants when they try to flee or blend in with civilians (war crime). @SpencerGuard @ynetnews Make this make sense. So the IDF is targeting Hamas leadership but distributes leaflets to everyone, including Hamas leadership, of where they’re going to strike? Wouldn’t Hamas leadership just leave like everyone else? How is this an actual military strategy?
