It is worth remembering: The group claiming responsibility for these latest attacks—The Resistance Front (TRF)—is a front for Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). LeT was behind the 2008 Mumbai attacks that killed 166 people. It’s not just a terror group—it has long-standing ties to Pakistan’s ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence, which is Pakistan’s premier military intelligence agency), as confirmed by U.S., Indian, and other investigations. This isn’t just another border flare-up. It’s part of a pattern.

Interesting the lack of media coverage on the alarming rising tension between two nuclear-armed nations—India and Pakistan. On April 22, a horrible terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu & Kashmir, claimed 26 lives and injured over 20. The Resistance Front (TRF), linked to Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba, claimed responsibility. Attackers reportedly targeted Hindu tourists, segregating victims by religion before opening fire. India responded by suspending the Indus Waters Treaty, closing the Attari-Wagah border, expelling Pakistani diplomats, and recalling its own. A large-scale manhunt reportedly led to approximately 1,500 detentions across Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan denied involvement, labeled the attack a "false flag operation," and retaliated by suspending the Simla Agreement, closing its airspace to Indian flights, and expelling Indian diplomats.
