The Houthis haven’t been deterred. Despite U.S. and Israeli warnings—and military action—they continue attacking Israel, forcing millions into shelters. Israel has shown restraint. This flawed “rocket diplomacy”—tolerating attacks because most are intercepted—got us here. Israel has every legal right to destroy the Houthis’ military capabilities using overwhelming force.
