No, Mehdi—the ICJ doesn’t investigate. It rules on legal disputes between states. Its provisional measures against Israel weren’t a finding of genocide and didn’t order a halt to operations—only that Israel must comply with the Genocide Convention, which it continues to do. The ICC did issue warrants, but under contested jurisdiction. Israel is not a party to the Rome Statute. The prosecutor behind those warrants, Karim Khan, is now under UN investigation for sexual misconduct and has stepped aside. His “investigation” was not transparent. You skipped all of that nuance. Instead, you declared guilt from politicized or manipulated quotes and cherry picked voices that support your years long demonstrated biases. That’s not journalism. That’s propaganda. You aren’t an objective journalist. You aren’t a defender of innocent. You are an agent of disinformation. You have no clue what heroism in war looks like—what it means to fight for good against evil. You casually equate Israel’s soldiers with raping, mutilating, murdering terrorists. You defend Hamas’s hold on Gaza while never acknowledging their grotesque use of civilians as human shields—a strategy designed to sacrifice men, women, children, and the elderly for their warped political goals. That’s not justice. It’s disgusting. History will judge that—just as it judges those who excuse evil in the name of fake morality.

No investigations? What? The ICJ is currently investigating Israel for genocide and issuing provisional measures, and the ICC has already indicted your hero Netanyahu for war crimes. You didn’t accept either of those, of course, and screamed bias, so then I cited an Israeli general and war hero. Golan being pressured and bullied into walking back those damning remarks doesn’t change what he originally said. You support the ongoing mass killing of doctors, journalists, aid workers, and kids, John, and history will judge you as harshly as it judges other propagandists for genocide.
