Stop the Cap!
Another new low for an investor-owned utility that can't manage to send an accurate bill if it tried, threatening to shut off a customer in western New York, in February, because they didn't cough up 5 cents.

Despite promising not to charge late fees during this billing/customer service crisis, @RGandE is still threatening to turn off service to customers who they claim are behind. Check out this threat, sent to a #ROC woman who they claim they’re going to cut for owing a nickel. 🙄
