Ukraine has systematically targeted Transneft infrastructure over the past several months, including the Kaleykino station in Tatarstan (February), the Transneft-Privolga station in Samara (April), and the Perm pumping station complex. The cumulative effect has contributed to a reported 40 percent reduction in Russia's total export capacity and forced a cut of approximately 500,000 barrels per day in production compared to late 2025. #OSINT #Ukraine
