𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗩𝗢𝗬: 𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗦 The Russians are towing some of the damaged and leaking tankers into the port of Kerch. The backstory is that Putin demanded something be done about the fuel shortage in Crimea. In response, the Kremlin's brain trust assembled a convoy of around 20 tankers from depots along the Don River. What they missed is that the port facilities in Crimea can only handle one or two vessels at a time.
