Ditto is a social app built on the decentralized protocol Nostr. Nostr accounts consist of a public/private keypair. The public key is your public identity, and the private key (`nsec`) controls the account. If lost, it cannot be reset or revoked. The only option is a completely new account. The `nsec` controls everything from signing/decrypting messages and editing your profile, to potentially draining a connected Bitcoin Lightning Network wallet.
