Our policy team didn’t even know it was Halloween, this is just what they typically wear to work

A woman poses as bull kelp, evidenced by the brown and green strands streaming from her head and down her back. She lounges kelpily on a small table among other pieces of kelp (made from green tule). A man wearing flannel and a worker jacket holds a tiny diorama-like forest as if he were a giant who can just scoop up whole sections of forest. It is labeled SFLO - meaning Small Forest Landowners. A woman wearing red and black plaid flannel and a name tag that reads “Forest Watch Volunteer” crouches low next to a fake tree. She’s peering through binoculars while holding a walkie talkie in her other hand. She’s ready to report mischief and nonsense. A man stands in a giant pill bottled labeled: Prescribed Burn, Initiate one burn under low-risk conditions to reduce fuel buildup.

Flames are erupting from the mouth of the pill bottle, but he doesn’t look too pressed about it
