I know the legal basis for gag orders on defendants, but, outside of specific threats made against specific people, gag orders don’t seem fair to me. Michael Cohen & Stormy Daniels can say whatever they want publicly about Trump, but he can’t say anything about them? Doesn’t seem fair, and politically, these gag orders are gonna really help Trump.
