On October 28th, @Forest_Romm, WDI USA State Contact for MA, testified before the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women on the subject of men in women's prisons. "More than 86% of the women incarcerated at MCI Framingham have survived sexual abuse by men. Now these men, proven dangerous to women and girls, are not only granted intimate access to these incarcerated women, but then also successfully sued the Commonwealth for access to costly surgeries intended to disguise their sex."
