Hermes Agent has a kanban board built in. here I sent my prompt in Hermes Desktop and the agent created three cards. then the dispatcher worked through them on its own while I watched from the dashboard. if you want to reproduce: `hermes kanban init` > hermes gateway start (that runs the dispatcher) > hermes dashboard for the board view > in chat, ask your agent to "put these jobs on the hermes kanban board using hermes kanban create, then stop". by the way, this raw video was fully edited by Hermes directly, the speed up, cuts... I just prompted it to do it.
