Hermes Desktop has a comment mode in its built-in browser. open a page, switch on Comment, click the thing you want changed and type a note. do it a few times, the pins stack up. then Add comments: every pin lands in the composer as a cropped screenshot with your note, and for an element it also carries the selector, the markup and the styles, so the agent knows exactly what you pointed at.
