Two new recombinants, XEC and XED are designated. XEC seems to be the fastest lineage up to now. It is a recombinant of KS.1.1 and KP.3.3, granting KP.3.3 two additional beneficial mutations of S:T22N and S:F59S. https://github.com/cov-lineages/pango-designation/issues/2717
