There are plenty of very successful women on the Democratic side -- just look at Slotkin and Whitmer in Michigan, or Rosen in Nevada, etc! The party just needs to nominate a politician, male or female, from a swing state with a history of overperformance, not someone from a deep blue area like LA or NYC who mostly just had to beat other Democrats to get where they are.
