This is a good example of why Trump personnel doesn't necessarily mean Trump policy. Trump reportedly taps two China hawks in Rubio and Waltz for top roles, but they will be expected to sell his flip-flop on forcing TikTok to sell to Americans, which both Rubio and Waltz backed.
