Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu spoke by telephone with French President Macron today. Netanyahu and President Biden haven’t spoken since August 21, which is an absurd and unacceptable amount of time for the leaders to go without direct communication, especially when the region is more destabilized than it has been in decades.
