A woman in London saw my ‘No Hijab Day’ posts, found her voice, and challenged her workplace’s blind endorsement of the hijab. She feared backlash. Instead, HR listened. Not only did they reconsider their messaging, but they also invited her to lead an International Women's Day presentation on why the hijab is anti-feminist. Mandatory veiling is oppression, not empowerment. It should be questioned, not celebrated. Speak up. Challenge the narrative. Stand with the women who are risking everything. You are not in Iran. There is no morality police coming for you. Your voice matters.
