@JamesThrot Yes 7.6% exclusion rate, up from 4.9%. That's a UK figure. But the OECD disclosed the breach itself and adjudicated the data as fit for reporting. So documented, not hidden fraud. Either way it doesn't change what I'm actually claiming, which is about the virus.
