Okay Dan now you’re really messing in my sandbox. Dan’s bill is a weak sauce narrow version notably unlike a very good bill, by @RepCasar. This is seemingly introduced so he can say “surveillance pricing” while doing very little. - Only delivery apps (apparently Goldman thinks it’s okay if everyone else uses your sensitive personal info to set prices??? Funeral homes using your TikTok data?) Doesn’t cover wages. No private right of action so you have to hope that your AG has staff, law in theory, not in practice. No. Dan does not get to take credit for the thinnest possible acknowledgment that price exploitation is a problem.
