LLMs, Agents etc are not magic, they are not terminator style bots, they are specific implementations of known and understood concepts. When the narrative turns into sci-fi fiction is reads as marketing garbage and not a real understanding of event. This is why the AI labs and their chosen "IR" team (not really an IR team but an AI Safety company) are getting so much pushback by real practitioners who live and breathe this space. The FUD/FOMO/FOBLB marketing and messaging has hit a critical mass and many are very, very tired of it.
