You describe all peace offers as having "permanent occupation," which I assume to you means any sort of Jewish self-determination. But, for the sake of basic human decency, I'll assume otherwise. Hamas, and other terrorist organizations, have been very, very clear that Israel being a Jewish state is unacceptable. Every time that progress on a peace offer is made, Hamas hurries to sabotage it with terrorism. That does not mean every Palestinian in the world is against peace. That does not mean every Israeli in the world is for peace. What it means is that those with power in the Palestinian territories have made it clear that they will never accept peace agreements so long as Jews have rights in their land.
