What's for lunch at Chef Hamada's Restaurant in Deir al-Balah, Central Gaza strip? 6 different styles of shawarma, prices ranging from 17 shekels ($4.60) to 30 shekels ($8.10). 4 types of grilled chicken, prices ranging from 30 shekels (wings) to 60 shekels (prob price per kg). Rice is available every day. The menu doesn't mention salads, so it's either included, or you have to bring your own, like Sara did last week. Chef Hamada also show us the special kitchen of his restaurant that supplies to organizations and charities funded by donors.
