1. Cleared for publication: Israel will need months-long military campaign to fully destroy Iran’s nuclear sites, Ynet reports, unless US joins war and deploys heavy munitions. 2. IDF prepares for lengthy war but Israel prefers to push weaker Iran into robust nuclear deal. 3. Israel’s initial war objectives: Harm Iran’s nuclear project, destroy Iranian air defenses to allow free access to Tehran, reduce ballistic missile threat, eliminate Iran’s military leadership, produce credible threat to wipe out Iranian leaders & possibly target energy assets. 4.
