As I said in the piece, the jobs of tomorrow will be heavy on care and interpersonal skills. Demographics and AI are both pushing in the same direction here. There’s no reason less-educated men can’t do those jobs, but there’s certainly nothing to suggest blue collar workers are about to become the winners.
