Back in 2015, a daring UAE amphibious landing operation recaptured Aden from the Houthis and pushed them out of South Yemen. Given the dire state of UAE-Saudi relations today, the Saudis are likely on their own now. Hard to imagine Riyadh’s new allies Pakistan and Turkey committing any meaningful ground forces in Yemen.
